    This is really good! I added a splash of lemon juice and I did 1 cup cashew milk + some water for consistency. I tore up some kale and added it to the blender at the end. I skipped heating it in a pan because I thought the consistency was fine and it tasted great!

    So delicious! I couldn’t find vegan Parmesan at my local store so I went ahead and used real. My whole family loved it!
