Didn’t work for me - probably because I was using ready-made lentils (brown, from TJ’s), so I guessed at how much water to add and it turned out to be too much. Probably don’t even need to add water. But it made some great “refried lentils,” which my daughter loved!

Turned out well make sure it’s nice and thick. I didn’t realise lentils were so versatile.

Tortillas tasted good after I got the batter the right consistency, I had to add more water.

Turned out great! Wasn’t sure how they would hold up in enchiladas, gave it a try and it worked nicely! Happy to have found a healthy alternative to tortillas and my picky 3 year old loves them which is even better!

This recipe was absolutely tasty, and I couldn’t believe how pliable the tortilla was for folding. This is my first food review I have made and it truly deserves recognition! I highly recommend this delicious and easy recipe. It is my new go to for tortillas. Thank you!

Turned out very nice. The batter was easy to make and the tortillas fried as expected. I added a few more flavours, onion powder and smoked paprika, so not too bland either.

YUM!!! So simple but these are going to be my go to from now on. I love the texture and they're absolutely scrumptious - not to mention cheap! Thanks for the recipe
EDIT: I made these with brown lentils because they were all I had and baked a few. Baking made them thinner but they turned out really well. Trying not to eat the whole batch.

Turned out pretty good. Hubs loves them. I had to keep his hands off of them. I found the taste bland but looking forward to trying with some butter chana
