    I used 3 tbsp of coconut flour instead. It turned out pretty good......

    I only had a sunflower/pumpkin seed mixture to work with. Wish I’d only used the sunflower like your recipe says, as the pumpkins added a fair few more carbs and tasted a bit salty. Will try again another time, because the almonds and other flavours had a lot of promise! I also didn’t have flaxseed but subbed with chia seeds instead, which seemed to work out fine.
