Turned out good. Gave them the longer baking time. Glad I pressed ingredients into tins. Held together nicely after cooled. Will try adding raisins or craisins or chopped dried pineapple next time. Good as is though. I spread some apple butter on one and it was amazing.

They were tasty but very dense and they didn’t really brown on top. The bottom of the muffins were still a little moist even after cooking longer than suggested
