Delicious! I added a little cinnamon and vanilla. This was a very satisfying and simple recipe

It was easy and the taste was good. I certainly will make them again and recommend the recipe to others.

Easy to make and simply delicious. The “batter” was a bit difficult to work with as I did not use a blender and hand mixed instead, making the consistency more like cookie dough than anything. I placed little pancake balls onto the pan and then flattened them with my fingers. When they were ready to flip I would flip them and then press down on them with a spatula to create a flatter pancake. I topped it with fresh strawberries, frozen blueberries (I like my blueberries frozen, don’t judge me!!!) honey and chia seeds, and layered each pancake with a generous serving of natural creamy peanut butter. My banana wasn’t too ripe and was a bit small, so did have an overwhelming banana taste like others mentioned!

Topped with a little lingonberry jam and IoT was a sweet, less guilty pancake breakfast. Replaced 1/4cup of the almond flour with powdered peanut butter N.A. shad a PB&J pancake!

they def needed a little bit of butter to cook with and i also added some pb powder and vanilla to give it some more flavor. i also sprinkled a few dark chocolate chips to a few that really was delicous. i tripled the recipe and froze some for easy quick protein snacks

These pancakes were great!!
However although I realize that the novelty of this recipe is the simplicity, it needs something more than the 3 simple ingredients. My recommendation is to use this as a base to work from, and add things for taste like nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, etc; that's what I did and it worked great.
Next time I make these I am going to try adding another egg to the recipe because the cakes do have a very banana-y taste to them and I'm guessing that will tone down that taste.
Overall, an amazing and very simple recipe, great for conscious eaters.
