great! I didnt grind the flaxseed enough so it just lumped and the liquid didnt distribute enough so i had to add more liquid and find a balance with a little more almond flour blend. Doubled it to make blueberry pie with top crust. Like the crispy and chewy texture and the little bite the flax gave. Pyrex dish didnt bust from going to frozen to cold although i did forget to preheat. Overall, would do it again.
