- 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup fruit spread (Smucker’s® Squeeze™ Strawberry)

- cookies
- 6 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt (Greek-style or regular)
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 frozen banana (large, I like to peel and slice a banana before I freeze it. Then wrap the slices in plastic wrap and put in freezer until ready to use)
- 2 Tbsp. Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
