Simple, healthy and hearty. I made it with 2t. salt-free all purpose seasonings, 1t. dried parsley and diced vegetables. The 3 ingredient recipe probably would be bland. A few extra ingredients make it flavorful. I also simmered the soup for about an hour to soften the lentils and vegetables. Also the amount of lentils should be 1 1/4C. It’s listed on Power Hungry ‘s website.
