    As some commenters say, these burn easily and are hard to flip. So easy though, and I love the taste and will do again using a lower heat and again with perhaps a different pan to see if one works better than the other. I use cast iron mostly.

    I used two med very ripe bananas,one egg, rice milk, a bit of cinnamon and sugar free vanilla sweetener. Amazing, pro tip small “cakes”, cooked low and slow!

    These honestly turned out pretty good! I topped mine off with some blueberries and organic maple syrup. Also a lot of people are saying they are difficult to flip but mine flipped perfectly fine, you just have to have a little more patience and wait for them to cook and then flip them because they aren’t traditional pancakes so they do take a little longer to brown.

    Surprisingly not that bad, it basically tasted like cinnamon banana's but with the texture of an omelette.. As a beginner cook, it was quite hard to flip, so mine ended up a bit scrambled..

    Very tasty but hard to flip with a spatula as they stay soft and gooey on the griddle after they are cooked

    Turned out ok for a first attempt. Very light but easily burnt so be careful! Would try again minus the cinnamon .

    i enjoyed them!! don’t really taste like pancakes but they are super yummy. I used 2 bananas and 3 eggs I liked the consistency it made. if you have bigger bananas you may need an extra egg. i added and about a TBS and 1/2 of honey some unsweetened coconut flakes and a little bit of semi sweet chocolate chips and it turned out great. i didn’t add anything to them just ate them by themselves

    Amazing! added some pure cacoa powder to the mixture and that made it even better. it works best if you put one banana with one small egg tho! I blended really well untill you couldn't see the banana anymore. topped it of with a bit of pure chocolate, honey, cinnamon and fresh strawberries. Best pancakes I've had in a while!

    The first couple bites will take some getting used to. They end up thin, which is different then you're used to with thicker pancakes. The texture is more moist and soft. No knife needed to cut into the pancakes because they are so soft. They even cook different. At times I wasn't sure if they were done or not. It seemed like I cooked them for a good while before turning them over. But they were good. Especially if you still want that "pancake" taste but want a healthy alternative, this is the way to go. I've cooked them a couple times now and this will now be my first choice but I don't think this recipe will be for everyone.

    Pretty tasty! I added 1 tbsp of almond flour but it probably would have been fine without. I kept the pancakes small to help with sticking and flipping. Ended up with 5-6 tiny pancakes. Very banana-y!

    LOL! Judgment-free zone, right? They look SO bad! But they aren’t as bad as they look, for what it is. I cooked with butter & ate it with syrup. Kind of boring but it’s literally eggs & a banana so it’s not as bad for what it is!

    My 1 year old liked it and he doesn’t usually like bananas. I melted butter though, instead of using annoio spray. And i added a bit more cinnamon.

    Didn't work. What a waste of ingredients. It was hard to flip. Couldnt get under it and middle was still very wet. More like a banana omelet. Burned the botttom because i couldnt flip it ended up in tge trash.

    these were really hard to flip and the outside darkens way faster than the inside cooks—they need a while on the pan to get cooked all the way through. tasted great, had them with butter, some cinnamon sugar and syrup
