This recipe is very runny. I had normal size bananas, not the larger ones and I used 3 bananas and only 4 eggs. Still very runny and way too eggy. Adding some flour helped but still not a good consistency. Next time I will try a 1:1 ratio and maybe add some oatmeal.

Hi Debbie I’m glad you got thirsty 3 years ago
Yummy and very simple and quick to make will also be ideal for my granddaughter who is gluten free.

It’s so good!! i made 4 smaller pancakes from this recipe. Just make sure you add flour because it’s very liquidy

They tasted awesome! I did modify the recipe a lot as I had made them the other day with just banana and egg (no cinnamon or salt) and they were really runny and hard to flip. This time, I used the banana and egg + just a pinch of cinnamon and baking powder and a tablespoon of flour. They tasted amazing and were super easy to flip! I definitely recommend adding some flour!

This was just ok for me. After reading other reviews I decided to use 1 egg and 1 tbsp flour. The consistency was still a little mushy. I may make one more attempt but will try adding some oatmeal...

i made this and it turns out great every time. if it’s a little chunky or eggy just put the egg and banana in a blender and it’s just like pancakes, if not better!

original recipe is very runny - i added a little bit of baking powder and two spoons of flour and used only one egg

This is more of a banana omelette rather than a banana pancake. My husband was expecting something closer to a pancake. Maybe next time I’ll try adding some flour and use 1 egg instead of 2 for each banana.

The original recipe is too runny. Made 2 servings instead with 2 banana and 2 egg, and added 2 tablespoons of flour. Tastes really good!

It was a very easy recipe, the mix was a little watery so I had to add a tea spoon on flour to thicken it a bit.

just made these, they were delicious!!! only thing i would say is they were maybe a little bit eggy, so next time i might use just one egg 👍🏻

Taste great almost like an actual pancake! I added a little more cinnamon which gave it an excellent taste.

The only problem i had with it was the texture but the over all flavor was good.

Turned out very tasty! I did substitute the cinnamon with 2 scoops of cinnamon toast protein powder and it was amazing!

I took lots of liberties adding different amounts of flour/honey/cinnamon/oats, but no matter what they turned out really good! Just be careful with flipping them cause it can be a little challenging
