Overall was pretty simple good for a gluten free crust and would use again, the crust held together. Made a “meat pie” instead of a pizza with the crust, topping it with ground pork and a tomato/carmelized onion sauce (since I can’t eat cheese). The only thing is that the crust is a little bit heavy/hearty so when you are patting it down, you might not want to make the crust too thick. Otherwise each slice is super filling.
