So yummy & easy! I cooked hash browns as directed, then layered onions & bell peppers before the cheese. Garnished with avocados & hot sauce!

We use this a lot, and it’s great. I add onions/dried onion granules, garlic powder, green peppers, and cheese, chopped spinach (add spinach right at end before oven). Also great with turkey bacon or vegan sausage. If using, put the diced peppers and onions in after put hash browns in the pan, like layered on top. 400 about 7 min.

I often dream about making this again, it was just so delicious and simple. A wonderful brunch treat too. Instagram worthy lol
