very moist (i added a little beef broth) but a tad too spicy, I'll use 1 tbsp of seasoning next time. easy!

Easy and flavorful, however way overcooked. For a small roast I think an hour at most would do. Or lower temp.

Oh wow this was great! I cubed the chuck roast and seasoned it without the garlic and onion powder for low fodmap and it was still wonderful. Tender and juicy, just right; even using a Corningware dish. Thanks for the easy recipe!

A great addition to our rotation! The absence of any veggie transforms this into something different than the standard “ pot roast”. So easy! So yummy!!!
