Great base for cheese muffins. Tasty on their own but would be great to add in anything else you have on hand.

I made it! And yes, quick, moist and absolutely delicious. All flavor is perfectly balanced. The batter is enough for 14 muffins of normal size.
I added corn and was a hit!

Yum! si quuck and easy! Added a bit of ground pepper to the mix, and also a bit on top along with extra grated cheese before popping in the oven. Made 2 batches this week!
