i tried this twice. i sprayed my muffin tins but the mixture stuck to the tins (a few pieces of strawberries in bottom). The 2nd time i tried parchment liners and added blueberries. I think that may have made it too wet. The parchment paper fell apart. If I try this again I may use a glass casserole dish as someone else suggested. they did taste good, what I could scoop out.

Was a bit liquid, added some dates and raisins on top for extra taste. Would suggest a pinch of salt. Personally I find them better tasting when they're cold

Pleasantly surprised. I modified it just a bit, added cinnamon & vanilla extract. I didn’t have extra fruit, just the bananas- but this would be amazing with diced apples in it along with the cinnamon & vanilla.

OMG, so too good. Easy instead of muffins I used a Pyrex shallow glass loaf. Cooked in 15 min. Puffed up. Will definetly make this again.
