This was a decent weeknight dinner, but it was lacking a bit of oomph. I added some garlic and onion to season it up a bit, but I think I might add a bit of heat and some white wine for bite.

Very good and so easy. My favourite kind of dish! I used regular apple juice and a non-stick pan and it turned out just fine. The chicken was moist and tasty. Will definitely make again.

Awful recipe! I cook it more than hour already and it's still chicken soup! Terrible. Waste of good juice and chicken :(
