I used one cup of hazelnut flour and a half a cup of rice flour added in some vanilla extract cinnamon nutmeg and allspice and added an extra banana then it was really good, and yes I cooked it in coconut oil in between medium and medium high heat

Simple recipe and easy to make. Batter was thicker than expected, so I needed to spread it out a bit on the griddle and they cooked well. One kid was impressed, but the other wouldn't even try them. The adults ate them up and were very satisfied. Very filling!
