- 1 lb. ground meat (your choice, we using love lean ground beef)
- 3 cups cauliflower rice (can be frozen)
- 1 cup low sodium tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning ( salt free, <click for the recipe_)
- 2 Tbsp. water (if needed)

- coconut aminos (or sub low sodium soy sauce)
- 1 tomato paste
- coconut oil

- 1 dash crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. rice flour (sub arrowroot or tapioca for paleo)
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (or of diced, I love it with either!)
