  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth (can sub water)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 box elbow pasta (I used gluten free Barilla)
  • 3 teaspoons vegan butter (or ghee, can sub regular butter)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (freshly, I highly recommend sharp cheddar with a small amount, 2 T of pecorino romano mixed in)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
