Dee-lish! Will make again. Might add mushrooms. But good just the way it’s written. Easy and filling

It was pretty good, a bit too salty for my taste. I used soba noodles, but next time I'll use something that tastes less strong because I couldn't taste the sauce that much

I added some additional veggies to the mix and swapped soba noodles for the lo mein noodles. I also added some red chili paste and ginger to the sauce. All came out very good!

I added in onion, yellow bell pepper, and green beans. I also pan fried up some chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic to add to it. I allowed the noodles and veggies to sit in the sauce before slicing and adding in the chicken about 10 minutes before serving. Turned out awesome. Husband and kiddo asked to add it to our dinner list regularly.

Ive made this many times, its become something i eat every week. There could be more sauce, but i just double the recipe by now.
very versatile with the veggies, as anything from lettuce o green beans goes great in it.

I made this with my boyfriend (who doesn't normally like lo mein) and he loved it! We were making this as a dinner for our group friends so we tripled the recipe. We also added mushrooms. It was a big hit; between thr six of us, we finished it all in one night. On another note, I also think there could have been more of the sauce, but it was still delicious.

Not bad, but leftovers did not reheat well. I think it could use a little more sauce.

Really simple and delicious. I seared tofu to go with it and had it as a single course. It was great!

I doubled this meal for our large family and there wasn’t a single noodle left in the pan!! We loved it!

Oh wow! Loved this!!! Phenomenal and simple recipe in its own right. I'm sure the pearl river bridge soy sauce ordered from Amazon helps too! Amazing, thanks!
