This tastes great! You can replace chili with some other hot spice and it will still be good. Cheese adds the creaminess to it so don’t forget that!

Fast & yummy. I used about double the garlic and served with iceberg lettuce to make lettuce wraps. I also substituted the sour cream with plain Greek yogurt.

SO DELICIOUS AND EASY. Seriously. I'm the laziest cook/don't have time to cook and this couldn't have been a more easy chili to make. My stomach, wallet, and heart is happy

I have made this 3 or 4 times now and I think it's a very quick and agreeable dish. I serve it with additional cheese and sour cream and if I have it, cilantro. I use more garlic than the recipe calls for and if I have bell peppers hanging around, I throw those in with the onions. It's quite good and certainly fast to prepare.
