- 16 cans pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15.5 oz. red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15.5 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 oz. ranch dressing mix (or ½ cup bottled ranch dressing)
- 1 cup corn (frozen or from a can, drained)

I didn’t want this to mock a “chili” so I left out all of the beans and I topped it with jalapeño corn chips & sharp cheddar cheese and it was delicious!!! My whole family LOVED IT!!
