- 2 tsp. sambal oelek (or Asian Chili Garlic Sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 5 pork loin cutlets (thin boneless "fast fry")
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (peeled and cut into matchsticks)
- 1 red pepper (medium, core and seeds removed and cut into matchsticks)
- 1/2 cup green onion (sliced diagonally, green part only)
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 15 oz. udon noodles (fresh frozen or vacuum-sealed)
- green onion (Additional sliced)
- 3 Tbsp. peanuts (chopped)

It’s really delicious - but don’t skimp on the sugar... I will definitely make this again and I’ll follow the recipe better next time.

This has to be by far the best recipe yet. I added 1/2 teaspoon of hot chili oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar. I used 6 Filipino hot/spicy sausages (links) and boiled it with a cup of water, then threw in the sliced white onions, garlic, long stem mushrooms, carrots, broccolini, sweet peppers, 1/2c soy sauce, garlic rice vinegar.

family loved it doubled the ingredients and tripled the sauce... so quick and easy to make this will be a family favorite

Perfect ! I didn’t have spinach but I had everything else . I would have liked mushrooms in it, but the flavor was delicious! I also used half Hokkien Stir-Fry noodles and half zucchini noodles. Excellent .
