Yummm... I didn’t have any stock on hand which btw wasn’t mentioned in the ingredient list. I also left out the hot sauce and added my own touch as far as the seasoning was concerned.

This is a very flawed recipe. 2 ingredients weren’t included in the ingredient list and just appear in the instructions. In addition, it took over 25 minutes to sauté the potatoes. This should be called 45-60 minute skillet not 20 minute. It is just ok as a recipe based on flavor.
