I wanted to have a but more sauce for this dish. so i added a half cup chicken broth and a tsp of corn starch to thicken. very good. I wish i had had the fresh avacado. That wod have really added to this dish. i will definitely make this again.

this was excellent..i added tomatoes, taco sauce, and toasted my tortillas...mouth watering..
