Very tasty salmon. I did drizzle a little bit of honey on the salmon before putting in the oven. Will make again.

AMAZING this is now one of my favorite things to cook. The first time I cut the skin off completely but I began just cutting the skin back & seasoning both sides of the fish and the skin and after it bakes it gives the skin somewhat of a crispy taste & I think it takes away A LOT of the fishy-ness.
