I really enjoyed this recipe. The mix is very flavorful and I have had it a number of times. My recommendation is to use the whole can, I use Hunts Diced Fire Roasted 100% natural. I would also recommend using more pesto, at least a few extra spoons then suggested. Aside from that, super flavorful.

Turned out well but with a little more imagination in ingredients it could have been great Add pine nuts, toasted in the pan with the garlic and some sun dried tomatoes to make it wow

Fabulous! I didn’t have roasted tomatoes so I used drained chopped tomatoes and a few slivered sun-dried. I used a high protein pasta and threw in a chopped zucchini. I think it’s a recipe that’s super flexible. The lemon and fresh basil is just so fresh tasting and the feta was a perfect salty component. Family raved! Thank you!

This was a very easy and very good tasting dish that didn't take so long to prepare and make. I would make this again but add maybe a tiny bit of tomato sauce to see how it makes the dish taste.

It turned out delicious! I had a bunch of tomatoes so I roasted them myself with a bit of olive oil, oregano and cumin. I also had some leftover red onion, spinach and chives, so I added those. Me and hubby really enjoyed this recipe and it was suuuuper easy and quick :)

Very easy and very tasty. Great for those nights when you're hungry but don't have time to thaw any meat or prepare much else in the way of dinner. Like other comments have said, it is just the slightest bit too dry. Adding more oven roasted tomatoes or not draining as much oil off of the store-bought jars resolved this issue for me.
