    I’ve been storing my spiralizer in my cupboard since my wedding and finally broke it out to try this recipe. The only thing I regret is not using it sooner. I transferred the chicken onto a rack on a cookie sheet after frying to finish cooking to ensure my chicken wouldn’t be soggy on one side. Warmed sauce in a pot and added at the end. This has been a life changer.

    This was a hit in our house. We were sad when dinner was over. Served with sautéed butternut squash zoodles, the sweet of the squash with the savory was a perfect blend!

    VERY GOOD! My first recipe off the app and I will be making again. Had to swap out the slices of mozzarella for shredded, but was still delicious :)

    I cooked the zucchini, something about raw zucchini didn't sound too good to me. Chicken turned out wonderful!

    It was really good, I didn’t make the zucchini into noodles though, I left it in chunks! Overall it tasted amazing!

    I’m really surprised at how well the znoo.... the pasta replacements turned out. Really good with the vodka sauce.

    First time I had zuchinni noodles. I couldn't even taste I wasn't eating pasta. Easy, healthy and yummy. I made it for my picky boyfriend but he had pasta noodles instead and he loved it. I would make it again.
