Wow, these are yummy! I did everything just like it was suggested in the recipe, and they turned out perfect. They were simple enough to make that my two and a half year old could participate easily. And quick to boot! I'm sure you could use a pastry cutter (or even 2 knives!) and a spoon in place of the mixer.
