In place of the 1 1/4 c sweet chili sauce, I use 2/3 c Mae Ploy and 2/3 c Sambal Oolek. YUM. Perfect amount of kick.

Verry good dish, fragrant and it passes on to the palette well. Jasmine rice and you have a perfect weeknight supper! Easy to make.

Wow!!! Didn't have clementines so added orange pepper for color and used a lot less chili sauce since it was Sirachi hot chili sauce. DEE-LISH!!!

This was a very simple and delicious combination of mild sweetness and spicy! I didn't have broccoli, so I used bell peppers and mushrooms. My family gobbled it up and packed some for lunch tomorrow!
