It was really good! I did tweak it a little adding more broth and using ditalini noodles instead though. Definitely making again!

Amazing recipe I include my noodles in mine and add more stock and seasonings to taste

Very tasty, and I love that you just use shredded rotisserie chicken in it. If you want to make the sauce more creamy, add more cheese and cream or plain greek yogurt or sour cream. Don't skimp on the noodles and seasoning!

Superb! Added zucchini and home made tomato sauce, then cooked slow & low for 90 minutes to get all of the flavours! Delicious, cheers!

Lovely soup. Never even made a soup before but it was so easy and literally like one from a restaurant. Healthy tea too!

Easy, fast and tasty. Added 6 fresh tomatoes, next time add courgette. Used drumsticks.

Came out quite good. Pretty heavy on the Tomato flavor but the chicken was great. Maybe add more cheese next time.

Took the advice of other reviewers and added more stock along with cannellini beans and a tsp of chilli flakes. Family loved it with the only complaint “not enough pasta”, will add more next time. Quickly, easy and delicious.

Super easy and yummy! I was extra generous with the spices, and I added extra chicken stock and tomato paste as well. I also tried adding heavy whipping cream to one serving and this made for a very creamy delicious soup.

Great recipe! It made for a very good lunch meal prep for the week, as long as you keep the pasta separate. as others mentioned, you need to add more liquid to truly make it a soup - by day 3, I was at pasta with "sauce" (albeit still tasty!). If you're finding it bland at first test taste, just add more salt - I had that issue, but thr flavors are all there and just needed a little extra boost, particularly since I was using a homemade stock rather than one with salt added from the store.

Pretty good for an easy weeknight tomatoey Italian soup. I added more broth than what it called as it didint seem enough so in total I used more like 4-4 1/2 cups

quick, easy meal. had a little too much oregano for my taste and it would be good to add about half a cup of heavy cream to it.

Very easy. Definitely needs some spicing up though - double the garlic, and be generous with the recipe's listed spices. Keeper, for the ease with of it.

Followed recipe as written. My picky husband and daughter both commented about it being really good I used mozzarella cheese on top.
