    Yummy comfort food on a dreary winter day. I haven't made "real" muffins in years, so goofed up on the consistency. I added too much almond milk so it ended up being too moist. Next time I won't add so much and also do a better job of "swirling" in the cinnamon mix. I also might try cutting back on the coconut oil as it seems a bit much to me. Otherwise, very tasty and so easy to make.

    It’s a little bit too sweet. I would cut the erthyrol in half next time.
