- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
- 1/4 cup milk (1 used 2%)
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. chocolate (powder- unsweetened)
- 1 large egg
- 4 tsp. sugar (this is to taste. I added two because I don't like overly sweet cake)
- fruit (Fresh, raspberries, strawberries etc...)
- chocolate syrup

I made this and it was ok. When i cooked it it rose up above the rim of the mug then fell. It was more dense and not very spongy at all. Tasted great though.

I used natural creamy peanut butter (no applesauce) and a little extra milk for
moisture. I used a sugar substitute and it turned out great. You definitely want to use a larger than normal mug. Very spongy and really this serving would be plenty for two. Next time I will core out the middle and fill with whipped cream or a mousse after baking. Kids loved it.

This is a great recipe
i made a little bit differently, otger that using apple sauce i used crunchy peanut butter. It still turned out teally nice a little dry but nice.
