    OMG....They came out awesome. Made one change. I first boiled in 2 qts boiling water and 1 tsp baking soda, before baking. Leave in boiling water for just 30 sec., turn, then another 30 sec. Use slotted spoon to remove and pat bottom dry on paper towel. Then sprinkle seasonings on top. Baked for 22 min, in 375 oven. Great! Crispy on outside, soft inside.

    Great! I will make them again.
    These were delicious! However, I could not figure out how to roll them or make them into the bagel shape - the dough was way too sticky. I just plopped them on the baking sheet as little dough balls & it still worked out!
