These were delicious! I did have a little trouble flipping them but maybe I was impatient and trying to flip them too soon. We ate them with a little butter and syrup.

so delicious and simple. i didn’t have much problem flipping them at all! i recommend adding some almonds or pecans on top!!

These taste so good that you don’t even need syrup! I’ve experimented with this recipe a bit and of they’re too loose / falling apart for your taste, try adding some flour :)
