I added about a table spoon of coconut flour just so it’s not so runny and a dash of cinnamon! Sprinkled honey and some blueberries on top. Very delicious will definitely make again!!

Really hard to flip these...they definitely don’t look like the picture. They were yummy but it basically turned out to be egg and banana scramble. Kind of creepy

Add cinnamon to batter. Cooking spray on the pan and spatula helped turn them over. Zap fresh blueberries in the microwave just until they pop (with or without a little sweetener), pour over pancakes/crepes. Zero Weight Watcher smart points! Just the delicious sweet breakfast I crave!

Very tasty! Batter is a little runny so maybe try it in a mini egg pan or in an egg mold or mini waffle maker if you don’t want to add flour as some have suggested. I will absolutely make these again! Can probably play around with part egg whites too. They cook quick I topped them with a few nuts but found the pancake sweet enough to not need any syrup

i added coconut flour because the consistency was a bit too runny. Topped it off with mashed strawberries and a dash of real cacao powder.

Didn’t work as is but I added some arrowroot flour and coconut milk and they were great. Use some honey and fresh fruit on top and yum

They didn't turn out so great. Difficult to flip, It just made a big mess and I eventually threw it all away. They were not that good 😝

Easy to make and very tasty! I topped mine with almond butter and it was fantastic. Will definitely be making again

Easy peasy and tasty: put the bananas and eggs into a blender, puree them, and pour the batter out onto a crepe griddle. The cakes are a bit thicker than a crepe, a bit stickier, and a wee bit trickier to flip. With fruit or syrup, they taste great.
