    I added a couple of cloves of crushed garlic, some dried minced onion, and a small can of sliced mushrooms. I also added a tbsp. of corn starch to thicken up the sauce at the end. I added some salt, pepper, and paprika after it was done because it seemed bland. Served over buttered egg noodles. My husband liked it, and the chops were nice and tender. Next time I may sear the chops first to improve the flavor.
