These pancakes are delicious! I didn't make them following this exact recipe, but I have seen a recipe before with the exact same ingredients and basically the exact same instructions. The only differnce is that I mashed the banana with a fork and then mixed the egg in with a fork. These are really good with maple syrup, but I think they are equally as good by themself (super moist). One of the best parts about this is that they are healthy (but they don't taste like it).
