Great flavor! And I love that some pieces get crunchy (not soggy.!)...will definitely be making again..thank you :) ps. as other comment notes, i also encourage folks to use foil on pan

These tasted amazing!!! Make sure to cut the potatoes thick enough, and place tin foil on your cookie sheet before baking, or they WILL burn. The instructions weren't completely clear on this. Nevertheless, they were super easy and tasted great!
