Turned out better than anticipated. Liver favor is very mild. added some vegetables to broth; carrots, green onion, cabbage. Added 1/4c of flour to thicken mixture. Still very wet but held together in soup. I used wheat bread for crumbs, next time will use white as flavor of bread was too strong.
