Very good! Next time I will add planko when there almost done so it doesn’t burn. Otherwise made as is and it was delicious! Pai liked them too! 💕

They didn't taste like "tiny farts" like my husband told me when I suggested we try adding new food to our meals. Kids didn't care for it but I didn't hate it!

Good recipe. I’ve always had sprouts steamed with butter and this was a good switch .

The flavor on the actual Brussels sprouts was great but the loose bread crumbs and sprout leaves tasted a bit burnt. Not bad overall though!

Easy, nutritious, and delicious! Forget green bean casserole, long live roasted brussels sprouts! I baked it covered for the first 20 minutes so that the natural juices of a steam bath could work their magic in the oven.

Right out of the oven it was great. Now I have to haul it 90 miles and reheat it. We’ll see how it holds up. I’ll definitely make this again.
Edited to add: best right out of the oven but warms up well. I’ve made this twice now and doubled it each time. The recipe as written would only serve two to three people at most. Not nearly enough for people who love Brussels sprouts. Even doubled it only makes a small serving bowl full.

So, so tasty! I did have to take them out about ten minutes early.
I didn't have the parm but I otherwise made as directed. This is my new favorite way to make sprouts!

Very good, but I felt like it needed a little more flavor I added Italian dressing when serving and it really gave it an extra kick!

Really tasty but I think my oven cooks faster than the test kitchen's did! I will cook them for less time and flip them half way.
