- 1 Tbsp. kecap manis (sweet thick Indonesian soy sauce*)
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 150 grams fresh green beans (chopped into small lengths, 1 to 2 inches)
- 6 red chillis (small, **, de-seeded and chopped finely)
- 4 cloves garlic (crushed or chopped finely)
- 200 grams minced pork (or chicken, turkey, beef!)
- 1 handful holy basil (or Thai Basil if you can’t find it)

My fish sauce had garlic in it so toned down the garlic and not too much sugar with the soy sauce to make that Malaysian soy
