    It’s pretty tasty but I had to add some panko to the chicken coating to keep it from sticking like crazy to my pan. I don’t know what I expected from a mostly cheese coating.

    I loved this and so did my family. I had a lime in fridge so I used that instead of a lemon. I seasoned with garlic salt instead of regular salt. I will make this again!

    I made a vegetarian option with quorn brand chicken filets, as well as a batch with real chicken, and I steamed some broccoli and added it to the riced cauliflower. Everyone said it was delicious.

    no fresh or frozen califlower at local store so used bristo rice. Great flavor will make again

    I didn’t have a lime & used a lemon 🍋instead but it was delicious❤️👍🏼
    This was quick, easy and very tasty. I only used half a lemon. No zest and no Chillies. 🌶 I will be trying this recipe again. Yumo !

    Delish! Added spinach as well at the very end to save time and from having to clean an additional skillet, as I wanted a second vegetable! Must say, however, it look a bit longer than 35 min. due to the prep work involved. Was well-worth it though!
