- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 inch fresh ginger (piece, peeled and minced)
- 2 tsp. hot sauce (your favorite, optional)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 6 oz. chow mein noodles (vegan, or rice noodles)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (peeled and cut into matchsticks)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup peanuts (roughly chopped, salted, roasted, raw, whatever you like!)
- 1 handful cilantro (roughly chopped)
