turned out wonderful! I will make this again. used plain shrimp and added some lemon juice, vegan butter, olive oil, dried parsley, sea salt, and garlic. It was perfect!

Very nice & light! I wasn’t able to find the Bumblebee product so I used the suggested frozen shrimp, garlic, olive oil, butter & lemon. The recipe came together very fast also!

This turned out great. I added a tsp of red pepper flakes, a tsp of minced garlic, and a half of a lemon's juice for flavor. I will definitely make this again.

I absolutely love this dish. I don’t eat quinoa so I substituted with chopped cauliflower, carrots and broccoli mix from Trader Joes. Never disappoints

Very colorful, easy to prepare, and presented well but was quite bland. Won't make again.
