    This is a great sauce. It thickened so nicely! I used it as dipping sauce for shrimp chips. Tasted just like at the restaurant! Only thing is that I find it a tad too sweet and lacking a bit in tang. I used the juice of a whole lime, but I think next time, I'll use a bit less sugar and maybe add some rice vinegar. Definitely recommend this!
