The recipe was easy to follow. Used
grounded pork and wheat noodles (thin). The soy mixture did not appear to be enough to cover noodles & meat mixture, so doubled the amount. The flavor is not bad, but would enjoy more to the flavor. Will definitely try again.

It was easy to make and came out delicious! Both my wife and I had two large servings and still have leftovers!

This is so tasty! I've made it a few times with just regular soy sauce and without the sesame and chili oils. Still comes out delicious.

The sauce makes this dish really nice and tasty. I’ve made it a few times and improvised on the vegetables based on what I have on hand. Really easy to make dish.

My husband and I loved this! Great easy dinner for a hot weeknight!
I used skinless chicken breast instead of minced beef and used thick hokkien noodles. It turned out reallywell even my super-fussy kids said it was 'ok' 😁 Big thumbs up!

Fantastic. I added a ton of spinach, used shrimp instead of ground meat, and doubled the sauce. My 9-year-old raved about how much he loved it and even said the spice was perfect (I didn't double the chili oil, for his sake). I'll definitely make this one again.

Adjust seasoning and sauce to taste.. I used a honey and ginger condiment (vinegary). And substituted half the quantity of pasta for spiralled carrots instead!!!
Loved it! 💛🤗

Sauce was next to non-existent, due to the small amount I could barely taste it. Next time I’m going to either try the sauce measurements on a “per serving” basis or just double it. Other than that it was a great recipe that really does come together very quickly.
Followup:
Doubling the sauce measurements was exactly what was needed.
