Soup has very good flavor and is quick to prepare. I have made made this soup several times, but this time I deviated from recipe and enjoyed it even more. I added jalapeños for a spicy flavor and spinach for a vegetable. Will made it again and again.

delicious and quick. you can really add whatever veggies you want. we added sliced bok choy, matchstick carrots, green onion, and chicken teriyaki meatballs to our soup, but this is a great base for udon noodle soup.
