- 1/2 cup diced yellow onion (finely, about 1/2 small onion)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil (divided)
- 1 ginger (thumb-sized knob, peeled and minced, about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 3 cups cooked brown rice (I like brown Basmati rice, cold, day-old rice is best)
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 Tbsp. tamari sauce
