- 2 eggs (pasture-raised)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/3 cup organic carrots (shredded)
- 1/3 cup snap peas (organic)
- 1/3 cup bone broth (Bonafide Provisions Organic Chicken)
- 3 cups cauliflower rice (organic, I buy this frozen at the store or you can make cauliflower rice by adding to food processor and pulsing until it is in "rice" form)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut aminos (soy sauce sub!)
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
