  • 9 no boil lasagna noodles (you may not use the entire package)
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese (or cottage cheese)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (chopped, loosely packed)

    Realized when I was almost done assembling it that I had just regular lasagna noodles! So added extra sauce, baked it for another 30 minutes. Used more cheese. Delicious! Terrific recipe and super easy.

    I have made this lasagna more times than I can count. I use a 9”x13” for a larger batch with the same level of effort. I give it an extra 10min to bake. I also often add in some diced red pepper and mushrooms.

    It was alright. I accidently made a 9x10 pan. I would add more ricotta cheese and marinara. Adding more extra veggies would make it better. I also added 2 more cups of mozzerella.

    This was so easy and so tasty! I used frozen spinach and added a layer of meat with onions and red pepper that I had leftover from empanadas and it was amazing.

    This Recipe was really good! I ended up adding more sauce and put some mushrooms in it. Everyone loved it so I’ll definitely make this again.

    Great and as easy as promised. Didn’t fit in my 8X8 Pyrex dish so had to use 8x11 dish so had to use more sauce.

    Great. I added mince into the dish because I didn’t have any ricotta cheese so I needed to put something more into it. Turned out soooo delicious. I undercooked it just a little so one or two edges of one sheet of lasagne were a little crunchy but other than that it was amazing

    One of the nicest I've ever done. The use of ricotta instead of béchamel works great. Used gluten free lasagna sheets instead and cooked it for longer but due to personal preferences.
